Our Shipping Policy
This page gives you information about our shipping - both for general customers and trade orders.

We currently only ship to UK destinations.
However you are welcome to get in touch with us if you want to discuss shipping to destinations outside of the UK.
SHIPPING FOR GENERAL CUSTOMERS
We post out orders Monday-Friday. We carefully wrap your order to ensure it arrives in a perfect condition. Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order. Orders received after 5PM on Friday will be processed in the next working week.
All orders are sent Tracked 48. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please keep an eye on the tracking information you are provided with to know when your delivery will arrive. We cannot be responsible for postal delays.
Our minimum postage & packaging cost is £3.00. This is for 1+ cards.

SHIPPING FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS
The information below applies to wholesale orders only.
When we have received your PO, we will review your order and send through a pro-forma invoice via email confirming the details and shipping costs.
We request payment before we ship out your order.
Once payment has been received, we will pack and ship your order straight to your requested shipping address.
We aim to turn around orders within 10 working days of receiving payment however this is often quicker. Please note that if we anticipate your order to take longer than this due to delivery issues, items being out of stock, peak seasonal demand or otherwise, we will notify you about the expected lead time as soon as possible.
Shipping is FREE for all Mainland UK orders over £120
For all mainland UK orders under £120, shipping will be calculated and quoted on your invoice
For all Mainland UK orders, we send out orders Tracked 48 with Signature to ensure your stock arrives quickly and securely

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours from when you place your order.
When your parcels arrive, please check you are receiving the correct number of parcels & check each parcel is not damaged. If possible, please note any missing or damaged parcels when signing for the delivery and get in touch with us straight away.
