We currently only ship to UK destinations.

However you are welcome to get in touch with us if you want to discuss shipping to destinations outside of the UK.

SHIPPING FOR GENERAL CUSTOMERS

We post out orders Monday-Friday. We carefully wrap your order to ensure it arrives in a perfect condition. Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order. Orders received after 5PM on Friday will be processed in the next working week.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please keep an eye on the tracking information you are provided to know when your delivery will arrive. We cannot be responsible for Royal Mail delays.

Our minimum postage & packaging cost is £3.00. This is for 1+ cards.

SHIPPING FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS

The information below applies to wholesale orders only.

When we have received your PO, we will review it and come back to you with an invoice.

We request payment before we ship out your order. But please get in touch if you have any queries or questions about this: hello@another-use.com

Once your invoice has been paid and we have received payment, please allow up to 10 working days for you to receive your order. We do aim to be quicker than this.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours from when you place your order.

Delivery is FREE for all orders above £100.

Delivery is £10 for orders under £100.

Our orders are sent out Tracked 24 with Signature.

When your parcels arrive, please check you are receiving the correct number of parcels & check each parcel is not damaged. If possible, please note any missing or damaged parcels when signing for the delivery and get in touch with us straight away.
