Our Refund & Return Policy
This page gives you information about our refunds & returns - both for retail customers and trade customers.

We do hope that you love what you received but if you are not happy - please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Please note we can only accept requests for returns/refunds if they were bought from this website.
Any another use products bought elsewhere are the responsibility of the trader you bought from.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Changed your mind? Or didn’t love what you ordered?
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your items. Please email us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you a return shipping label and details of how to return. You must return your items within 14 days of us providing the shipping label.
We will provide you with a full refund of the items bought including original shipping costs. Items must be returned in an undamaged and clean condition for us to refund the full costs.
Items returned after the 14-day return period are not eligible for a refund.
Did your order arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged - in the first instance, do not accept the package and contact us straight away. The package will be returned to us and you will not be charged.
Alternatively if the package has been delivered and you notice that it has been damaged, please take photos of your damaged order and send the photos to hello@another-use.com with your order number.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review, follow-up with you and organise a full refund.
Wrong items delivered?
In the unusual event you receive the wrong items, please get in touch with us straight away with your order number and photos of the order received.
We will review, and organise for the correct items to be sent out to you.
Please note: All approved refunds will be refunded to your original payment method.
TRADE CUSTOMERS
Damaged or wrong items delivered?
When your parcels arrive, please check you are receiving the correct number of parcels & check each parcel is not damaged. If possible, please note any missing or damaged parcels when signing for the delivery and get in touch with us straight away.
Please also inspect your order within 2 days of receiving the items and get in touch with us straight away if any of your items are damaged, or if you have received wrong items. We will assess the issue and ensure we get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
If your parcels have arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong items, it would be helpful to have photographs for us to assess the situation. Please also retain all original packaging as we may arrange for them to be collected for assessment.
All approved refunds will be refunded to your original payment method.
